Blood follows two loops: Pulmonary (right heart → lungs → left heart) picks up O₂. Systemic (left heart → body → right heart) delivers O₂. The heart has 4 chambers: right atrium (RA), right ventricle (RV), left atrium (LA), left ventricle (LV). Red cells shown in arteries are oxygenated (red); in veins they are deoxygenated (blue).
