Hooke's Law & SHM

Hooke's Law: F = −kx. A mass on a spring oscillates with period T = 2π√(m/k). Energy constantly converts between kinetic (½mv²) and potential (½kx²). Total energy E = ½kA² where A is amplitude. Damping reduces amplitude over time.
